Sainte-Anne-des-Lacs has origins dating back to colonization in the 19th century, when the inhabitants of the St. Lawrence Valley expanded north of Montreal. The territory consisted of two double ranks, and at the beginning of the 20th century, the first tourists, mainly anglophones from Montreal, settled around Lake Marois.

In 1911, they built the first church, Lac Marois Country Church. In 1946, faced with the growth of the local population, Quebec created the municipality of the parish of Sainte-Anne-des-Lacs, thus separating it from the parish of Saint-Sauveur. Sainte-Anne-des-Lacs is a central point in the Laurentians.

Located near Highway 15, it allows you to work both in the north and in Montreal, while offering the feeling of always being at the cottage. The various downhill slopes, cross-country ski trails and mountain bike trails are only a few minutes away. You are in a very private area, but not very far from Saint-Sauveur, where you can find a more lively atmosphere with fine dining, cafes, pilates and yoga.

The perfect hybrid.
