Wentworth was settled in the early 1800s, with land divided into 7 ranks and 142 lots. Many families of origin have preserved their properties over the generations, thus making it possible to maintain vast areas that are still intact. Over time, agriculture gave way to the recreational tourism industry, especially in the 1950s, when family farms gave up their land around the lakes. The territory, which was also home to a former outfitter, now extends over more than 5200 acres.

Signed by Davidson Architect and with an interior design created by Annie Bergeron Interiors, this lakefront property enjoys an exceptional location, surrounded by nature. Very intimate, it is distinguished by its total isolation. The architecture highlights the use of burnt wooden beams using the Japanese Shou Sugi Ban technique, present both inside and outside the house. The property also has numerous amenities, such as a geothermal system, four fireplaces, a golf simulator and a snooker room, cellar, thus offering modern comfort in a unique living environment. An ideal place to receive family and friends.

Thank you for giving us the chance to be part of this great project.
